Beautiful Edwardian house with period detail, quiet area, but only ten minutes on foot from restaurants and station. Lovely, helpful hosts, fresh fruit for breakfast, home-made muesli and granola, as well as varied cooked breakfasts. Comfortable bed in spacious bedroom, excellent shower--what's not to like?

Nothing. But maybe not for you if you want hot tubs and a sea view.

Super welcome. Great breakfast with homemade granola and jams. John and Ann are great hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. EV charging at a reasonable rate per kWh.

Hearty welcome and very dedicated and friendly hosts who go above and beyond helping and suggesting on how to best plan your days and activities in and around Eastbourne. Excellent breakfast and a cozy atmosphere. thank you for having me, I'll gladly come back when staying in Eastbourne again. :)

John and Anne really did go out of their way to make us feel very welcome. Their attention to detail was faultless, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The house itself was beautiful and full of character.

The breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked with local organic ingredients, lots of choices and beautifully cooked.

This beautiful house exceeded all my expectations. It was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. The breakfasts were delicious with a variety of choices prepared at your order. Every evening I returned to my room to find a small cookie jar filled with freshly baked cookies. My bathroom was lovely with a deep soaker tub/shower and a heated towel bar was a bonus. The sheets were crisp and ironed and seemed to be changed daily! The host and hostess were wonderful and helpful in every way.
