"The Beautiful Borrowdale"

The location and the hotel building/facilities. Staff were all very helpful.

Expensive drinks at the bar. Insufficient staff numbers to cover customer demand at times.

Wonderful building in a fabulous location for walking, running and climbing

The only downside was it’s way too hot in the bedrooms that we struggled to sleep. Window open and radiator off and it was still way too warm

Hotel location Parking facility. Hotel roomsize.

Staff - some of the staff aren't friendly towards Asian guests. We didn't enjoy the stay overall. So, please avoid this hotel if you are Asian, or strictly avoid if you are Asian vegetarian. Breakfast - we asked for cafe latte on day 1 & was told we are very busy can not serve it. On day 2 we went during quiet time for breakfast and then they said coffee machine is broken, can not serve latte. Room - We asked for an another room with a better view then the parking lot view but we were told it's booking.com you need to contact. They can't do anything for us, we were celeberating wife's birthday & she wasn't happy at all.
