Hello, Could you modify the property description as follows: If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the booking policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. After booking, guests may reserve the location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Reception opening hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:30, Saturday from 13:30 to 20:30, and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:30. Guests expecting to arrive outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the property in advance using the contact details provided on the booking confirmation. Free limited WiFi access is available for up to five devices. For invoice requests, please note that invoices are issued under the name stated on the reservation. Any modification may incur additional charges. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be requested upon arrival. To save time during check-in, we recommend completing your registration via your Pierre & Vacances customer account in advance. In July and August, Pierre & Vacances invites guests to fully enjoy the mountain environment with a complimentary activity during their stay. At the Premium residence Les Fermes de Méribel, guests benefit from four pedestrian lift passes per apartment for the Tougnète gondola (two-section pass). This offer is valid for stays of at least seven nights, with passes provided upon arrival. Activities and services are organised by independent partners of Pierre & Vacances and may therefore be subject to change.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
