Cosy and comfortable in a great location with a warm welcome. What more can you ask? Gluten free breakfast for my son was no trouble and breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious.

Everything was excellent the bed was that good I overslept and nearly missed breakfast and my appointments!! Location fine with sea views with me and daughter being city folk it was a win win.were coming back and its the only place we'd use thank you all the staff dave and elsie Robinson.

Loved everything. Felt very cosy and felt like home. Staff were so nice and welcoming. It was so clean. The bed was great and the breakfast was great. Loved it. Highly recommend this place.

Everything. A lovely building inside and out. Everything was clean and tidy. Very stylish rooms with lots of space. All the amenities you need. The breakfast was delicious and was super organised. Perfect location to walk into the centre of town or to the beach. The hosts were the best. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Andrew and Elle went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Can’t recommend this property enough.

Seemed like a typical "pommy" breakfast. Coffee luke warm - probably uninsulated pots, very "pretty" but I prefer practicality. Would have liked better choice, and definitely more than one egg.

Gyllyngvase House is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It is well positioned for both beach and places of interest. The breakfast was delicious and efficiently served in a lovely and spacious breakfast room. The hostess was kind enough to allow us an early arrival on day 1.

The shower was really tiny needing the doors to be opened to retrieve something from the floor. Disappointing that the house rules were somewhat stiff and restrictive - the beautiful garden could only be accessed at certain times, no outside food to be brought in. Our request to do an hour's work in the breakfast room was declined - strictly only accessible for breakfast. This detracted from an otherwise lovely stay.

Really friendly staff, Elle made me feel really welcome and at ease immediately and really looked after me throughout my stay. The breakfast is definitely the highlight of this place, especially the sausages! The garden room with the honesty bar is a nice way to end a day as well.

There is very limited parking actually at the b&b, although surrounding roads have free unrestricted parking
