The Highworth Hotel

Breakfast quality was great but only one piece of bacon! and mushrooms were soaked in something sour. I would make a special order if I stayed again. Dinner was really good as was the service throughout the stay.

Breakfast was short on quantity but not quality. Shower in bedroom could do with updating and a shower cap would have been nice.

We had a pleasant room with a good sized bathroom and desk for work. The dinner was very good with choice for vegetarians which is unusual. Very tasty food. It took a long time to arrive but the waitress was very kind and wanted to remove the added gratuity but we paid it because she was so nice.

Breakfast started at 8 am which was too late for me as I had to be at place of work by 8 am. The promised continental breakfast wasn’t ready until 7.45 am which was still very late. Shame about the narrow entrance to the car park.

I liked everything the staff were really friendly and welcoming, the room was amazing, clean and comfortable and the food was the best I've ever tasted and I use to be a chef so I know good food

A very pleasant stay as a family - staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel too and both were excellent.
