The Wilson Arms

This is great little hotel. Used a couple of times now. Friendly staff, very clean, great rooms. No too expensive. Food and breakfast excellent. Parking good.

I was a solo traveller, my 2 dogs accompanied me. I was absolutely blown away by the hotel, absolutey immaculate, the decor was beautiful, oak & brass. The hotel looked like it had recently been refurbished. I enjoyed a lovely walk into Whitby. The breakfast was the best ive had. The service and friendliness of the staff made me feel at ease. I really cant wait to go back. I've told so many friends and family about this place. Its my new favourite.

Very friendly staff in this pub with rooms located in a peaceful village setting outside the hustle and bustle of Whitby. Very good food, brilliant breakfast and a grand pot of tea. Local doorstep walks and a super walk into Whitby for those fit and active. A great find. Hope to visit again.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at The Wilson Arms. It’s a lovely little Restaurant/Pub/B&B. Tastefully decorated with modern touches although keeping some of the old charm. Everything was finished to a great standard and our room was very comfortable with comfy bed and good shower. It was an excellent base for exploring Whitby and the Yorkshire Moors. We used the P&R into Whitby which had, conveniently, just started running again for the Season Breakfast provided a good choice of cereal and cooked items and cooked and presented very well. We ate at the Inn on two nights (too full after fish & chips in Whitby the middle night!) and this was also good. The owner (Dawn?) and I think her name was Zoe, were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Altogether a lovely stay and we would definately recommend.

Extremely helpful regarding an early check in. Lovely spacious room and large shower room. Kettle and tea/coffee items replenished. Great breakfast. All in a lovely pub with friendly staff. Was a super stay just above Whitby with car park in quiet surroundings and view of Whitby Abbey. Would most definitely stay here again.
