juSTa Off MG Road, Bangalore

We had to move to the Justa on MG Road due to problems with the air-conditioning and Cable Television after just one night at the hotel, but the move was handled very professionally and without too much of an inconvenience. We will definitely stay at Justa again.

Warm friendly staff always ready to help. Rooms with microwave and large refrigerator. Breakfast not grand but sufficient. Great location if you wish to shop. On the whole was a good experience. But it would be great if they could give extra beds instead of just a mattress .

Hotel is situated away from the main roads therefore we had a quiet stay away from the noisy, busy roads. Hotel is situated close to MG road and walking distance to commercial road and the town centre. The deluxe room we stayed had plenty of space, clean, with minibar, room cleaned and linen changed every day the staff was ever so polite and helpful. Food and beer available 24hrs, quality and quantity of food very good. Breakfast served at roof top garden, good quality Indian food by very pleasant staff. The front office staff Syed and Nazia was ever so polite and helpful and made us welcome. Overall we had a wonderful relaxing holiday. The menu did not have numbers therefore when you order food over the phone a staff has to arrive to your room to take the order down. The staff was not adequately trained to give advise where and when to visit sight seeing shopping and other important tourist locations.

I had booked 2 rooms at this hotel for my family. I had asked for 2 adjacent rooms but was disappointed to know they were located on different floors! The room given to me initially was full of smoke although I had specifically asked for non-smoking rooms!!! The hotel staff did their best to provide non-smoking room but the they were on different floors. The place is tucked in a lane and is quiet by Bangalore standards. It is close to business district and M G Road. I would still rate it ok.

This place is very clean and neat to stay at very near proximity to MG road and Brigade road. Breakfast provided was very good when compared to high tariff hotels nearby. I like the ambience and food at this place.

My best experience in any indian hotel. Excellent service by the staff. They even go all the way to get my medicine from the nearby store. It's a small hotel with 12 rooms but their service exceed any 5 star hotel. Keep up the great job!

Very friendly helpful staff in an easy to explore spot. When we needed anything the staff did everything they could to help us including giving us a room to sleep in when we arrived at 5am while our own room was being vacated and cleaned. They also ran out and got my wife medicine and coconut milk at no cost when she felt sick. Near the hotel are a couple of really nice restaurants, including a top quality Thai place. Its also within a short walk of MG road and a very convenient location, quiet yet close to everything. rooms were a nice size, clean and comfy.

Service & behaviour was very unsatisfactory of the staff Hope you can improve your staff's attitude towards the customer & deploy some one who has knowledge of hospitality business & manner to speak to the customer

Everything was good with the exception of the wireless which didn't work most of the time. This might not be a good place for a business travel, but I would highly recommend it for leisure travels. The roof top restaurant and morning fresh lattes make you feel you're in a tropical resort in Bali or Thailand, so it is quite relaxing.
