Our room had a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and clothes dryer. This really made a stay enjoyable

Location was fantastic.

- We were disappointed to find that the room looked quite different from the photos. Overall, it felt very outdated, and the TV rarely worked properly for AirPlay. There was also no access to Netflix or other streaming services, which was surprising given its 2026 and these luxuries should just be the norm for hotels to have these days. - Staying for 6 nights and having to pay extra for fresh towels felt unfair, especially considering there was no room service at all. We have stayed on the Gold Coast multiple times, often for shorter periods and at similarly priced accommodation, and have never experienced this. For the amount we paid, we expected a much higher standard of service and amenities. - During our stay, carpet was being installed on multiple floors, which was quite disruptive as it was very noisy, we didn’t feel we could relax at all during the day for atleast 3 days while this was being installed. We understand that maintenance and upgrades need to be carried out from time to time; however, it would have been appreciated if we had been informed prior to arrival or at check-in. Being unaware of this beforehand made for a less enjoyable experience. - To offer car parking but be “subject to availability” we also found frustrating at times there should be a carpark allocated to each room. - Overall, we left feeling disappointed with our stay. Given the cost of the accommodation, we expected a much better experience. In our experience, there are many other properties in the area that offer more modern rooms, better facilities, and a higher level of service for a similar or even lower price point.

It was close to everything that we needed.

Thought for the price there would be breakfast or something to go towards the coffee shop. The AC didn't work that well and it wasn't a spilt system

The apartment and location

Our apartment 2051 the window in the ensuite in bedroom B needs a blind. The cleaning wasn’t good. When we walked into the apartment we could smell the dust. We vacuumed and filled half the vacuum also wiped all the furniture and were amazed at the dust. The outside balconies well we could go on. I’ll just say cleaning seemed to be a quick wipe it looks good that will do.
