Un hotel passable. Le service était bon. Les chambres sont assez décevante, plutôt petite et mal agencées. Le petit déjeuner est bien un ou deux jours maximum. Après il est assez répétitif. Mais les produits sont bon.

Hotel is a bit out of the train station. Need to walk about 10 minutes. Other than that, room and facilities are good. A good 5 minute walk to shopping mall nearby.

I was in Sapporo for the snow festival, the hotel is located near odori park some easy to walk to odori station. The hotel is nice the Japanese bath is clean and spacious

The walls were extremely thin. The first night we heard our neighbours chatting and the following morning their cell phone alarm going off. The following night we could not sleep since our neighbours were having a party at 1:30am. The elevator is small and needs an upgrade. Rooms are extremely small and could use some maintenance. Coffee was not available until 3pm

Great location, friendly staff and decent sized rooms. We had the premier room and Stairs was dangerous and Layout was strange. Unfortunately the property was underwhelming giving how young it is it’s not in the best condition. Carpets are worn and lots of scratches everywhere. Smoking room downstairs filled the entire lobby with a strong smell.

Det var et dejligt stort værelse til fire voksne. Gode bademuligheder i hotellets flotte sento, som kun er beregnet til hotellets gæster. God morgenmadsbuffet til billig penge med mange valgmuligheder. Hotellet ligger godt i midten af byen.
