Very nice & comfy hotel away from the crowd. Near/walkable to main shopping stretch around susukino though abit tiring at times. Convient aeon mart below hotel with spa/bath in hotel. Overall, very comfy spacious room & stay for group/family of four in the suite room.

Situated near lots of shops. Reception was friendly and helpful, even had free umbrellas on a rainy day. Limited parking so come early if you need a lot.

This was my second stay at the Tenza. Everything went well and no complaints at all. I’ve got to know more about the area near by and found a nice coffee shop. I went there twice because the coffee at the hotel was a bit sour for me and wanted to have a better taste for my day to start. Breakfast buffet has a great variety of food choices for everyone. Onsen and sauna as well as massage chairs were great bonuses to have after walking/working to relax your body and mind. Both massage chairs were not functioning well but, I am sure they will eventually replace them for their customer satisfaction.

the hotel is of good value of money. it is at the end of the main tourist road so easy to walk to anywhere. breakfast was lovely and delicious. we love the public hot bath too.

My time at this hotel was great, room was good and bed comfortable, location was great as able to walk everywhere I wanted to go especially to see the ice and snow sculptures at the Sapporo snow festival. I absolutely loved everything as I love winter and snow scenes.
