The spa and rooms were great. Loved the extra touches such as the dog beds, bowls and treats and the milk and biscuits for us. Very food friendly

The opening times got the outdoor pool - only 1 till 4. Was very disappointed as this was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. It's so I could swim and chill and still be able to check my dogs. I can't go that at the beach it's to hot for them. Also disappointed that the cooked breakfast was extra as well which should clearly be stated. The breakfast was good tho. No clear fees on the dogs staying

What a well run, comfortable, beautiful hotel (beautiful from the inside, anyway, it looks a little 60's from the outside) with such helpful and friendly staff, focusing on great local ingredients, amazing views and a relaxing stay. Expensive but worth it

Location, style, design, fabrics, breakfast

Some staff betray very subtle signs of contempt! You need to see it but it’s there; a consequence of the place being very impressive indeed and some of them knowing it, just a bit too pleased with themselves. This is by no means true of all staff, but one or two. Communication over negative issues is not resolved - again speaks to a slight taking for granted of customers. Food excellent but overpriced. Lighting and fixtures in ‘ordinary’ rooms a little below par.
