"Très bien mais peu encore mieux faire pour rester au niveau"

La gentillesse du personnel, l’emplacement, le très bon rapport qualité prix, la literie confortable Je viens au reshidome plus ou moins régulièrement depuis près de 20 ans et j’adore cet endroit. Mais il va falloir faire quelques travaux pour remise en état

Climatisation incertaine voir à l’arrêt par moment en cette période de canicule. Des ampoules dysfonctionnelles ( Manque de lumière) On sent que l’établissement a besoin d’un rafraîchissement global surtout côté place des martyrs trop bruyantes. Moquette d’usage, vaisselles trop limitée

La ville

Climatisation en panne, jamais réparée dans notre ch 314. Pourtant nous en avons informé la réception dès le 1er jour, un employé est venu voir mais rien de plus. Appartement invivable avec la canicule pendant 4 jours. Aucune compensation.

Très belle résidence bien située entre gare plages et commerces. Équipements de qualité.

Le bruit. Tous les matins nous étions réveillés tôt par le marché sur la place mais aussi par le bruit des chariots dans le couloir.

Tolle Lage, gleichermaßen zentrums- wie strandnah. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ausstattung etwas abgewohnt und die Appartments insbesondere bei Nutzung als Familie mit Kindern etwas beengt. Die nicht täglich stattfindende Zimmerreinigung ist durch den kaum zu vermeidenden Sand, den man in's Zimmer trägt auch kein kleiner Abstrich.
