The Gurkha Hotel

Very friendly staff. Clean place. Tea coffee biscuits provided. Water in fridge which was really nice. Very basic room but enough if you only sleep there.

In room you could feel smell of dampness. Radiator was set up to work in certain time so we had to use oil heater. There was no heater in a toilet so it was a little bit cold. Also it would be nice to have more hangers for towels to be able to dry them:) Otherwise everything was fine and I would recommend.

location was great nice walk into centre with multiple pubs on route.Breakfast was good quality and plenty of it but wasnt hot enough luke warm.

Nice and warm staff. Wonderful buffet and easy late night access. Beds were comfy with all the amenities to make your stay pleasant. Would definitely visit next time I am in Blackpool.

Well, the staff were not always available when you need them. I understand the need to conserve water, but the towels and sheet might need changing daily.

It was close to the center, good food, nice staff

I called before to make sure we have parking space, we arrived late and all parking was taken and they said we can look for a paid parking.. At nearly 12 am. The variaty of food was disappointing for £20 per person at an all u cam eat buffet, you can definetly eat way much better at other places and have more choice. Also our room was right next to the chimney and all the smell came into the room when they were making food so we couldn't even open the windows and it was boiling inside. They had a fan but some fresh air would've been nice.

The location was very good. All members of staff that I had interactions with were very friendly. Before booking I had never heard of the hotel, but after a great weekend I will definitely be booking accommodation there again.

I would have preferred the breakfast to have been a self service buffet style, but the breakfast I received was very nice.

The hotel staff were so lovely. Couldn't do enough and make us feel very welcome. Breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed a meal in the restaurant which was also really good. Would definitely return.

We had been up early to drive down from Scotland so we were having a early-ish night. Unfortunately there was a karaoke downstairs and the noise was really loud. Didn't finish untill about 1ish. Wasn't really anyone fault and next time I would probably join in. This time it unfortunately made it impossible to sleep on the Friday night.
