Location preferences are subject to availability and may incur an additional cost. Reception opening hours are as follows: every day except Saturday from 08:30 to 20:00, and Saturday from 08:00 to 22:00. Please note that these hours are subject to change, and guests are advised to contact the residence prior to arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. The price includes bed linen, towels, two bathrobes, household linen, a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and kitchen area), and beds made upon arrival. Free limited WiFi access is available for up to five devices, while unlimited WiFi access is available at an additional cost. Some facilities are available at an extra charge, including the indoor heated swimming pool, saunas and hammams, cardio-training room, and relaxation room. Guests can also enjoy the Deep Nature Spa, which offers a wide range of treatments such as personalized massages, facials, and body exfoliations, available at an additional cost. Additionally, guests can immerse themselves in a 50°C steam bath and enjoy the humid heat of the hammam for a guaranteed moment of relaxation. Opening hours are from 10:00 to 18:45. For any invoice requests, please note that the invoice will be issued under the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges. Credit cards are the only accepted method of payment. In July and August, Pierre & Vacances offers a range of activities to fully enjoy the mountains. Guests can benefit from the pre-loaded Passeport Ascensionnel, which provides unlimited access to activities such as swimming pools, archery (from 6 years old), table tennis, outdoor trampolines, and the Fun Park for children aged 3 to 11. In addition, preferential rates are available in Val Thorens and Les Menuires on various activities and services, including wellness sessions, tennis court rentals, cinema, and fitness classes. The Passeport Ascensionnel is a rechargeable prepaid card that can be used for leisure activities with participating partners in the Vallée des Belleville, while also offering discounted rates. One pass per person is included for stays of a minimum of 7 nights. Activities are subject to prior registration and availability. As they are organized by independent partners, they may be subject to change. The Passeport Ascensionnel is personal and cannot be shared.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
