super nettes Personal, Essen in Büffetforn sehr gut, schöner Stand, gepflegte Anlage, sehr schöner Pool grosse Zimmer, die in die Jahre gekommen sind, sehr guter Kiosk am Strand mit Hamburger, die frisch zubereitet werden, Pita Gyros, Pizza, gekühlte Getrände, alles bestens

Schönes Familien Hotel mit unschlagbarem Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Wer noch gehobener Wohnen möchte sollte sich das Blue Dome in der gleichen Anlage leisten das ist unfassbar schön.

ΟΛΑ ΗΤΑΝ ΤΕΛΕΙΑ

Die Aussicht vom Hotel aus ist überwältigend, da das Hotel hoch gelegen ist und man Aussicht hat auf das offene Meer sowie Strände und Berge. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend so dass man sich gleich wohl fühlte. Kleine Mängel gibt es am Buffet, da einige Sachen nicht angeschrieben sind und man somit nicht immer weiss um was für ein Essen es sich handelt. Weitere Kritik betrifft die Toilette in der Lobby, da es nur je eine Frauen- sowie Männertoilette gibt und es häufig besetzt ist und man dann schön warten kann, ausser man entscheidet sich ins Zimmer zu gehen. Im Grossen und ganzen war das Hotel super!

The resort is very good food excellent and staff lovely. We had a mixed age group and everyone had an enjoyable stay. The hotel has its own beach which was a bonus. There never feels like there is a crowd and if you have small children they have a very good in house entertainment team and good live music most nights of the week. There is gated security as you enter the resort which was reassuring. We traveled by bus to Kardamena and KOS town which was easy and drops you at your hotel doorstep. There is a train and trailer service that will take you from the hotel to the beach as well if you have children, baggage etc which was excellent and runs every 15 mins. We would highly recommend the masonette with swim up.

The views were amazing. Didnt like that the pools were salt water

Good points great food and entertainment and very clean. Bad points Cleaning staff took very sentimental soft toy to laundry in bed linen - ruined 2 whole days of our holiday and no apology at all - made to feel I was hastling staff to ask them to look for it when it wasnt my fault. Finally turned up washed although I had stressed it will ruin it to wash it. it seems it happens a lot so would be an idea to either ensure cleaning staff take more care or put notices in the rooms to remove any soft toys from beds

Would be nice to charge phones in rooms when u leave with the key. Power shuts off when u take the key.
