This resort is an unbeatable value. It may not have the expansive list of amenities and restaurants that more expensive resorts offer, but it has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel with good all inclusive package. Food was very good. Puddings excellent and a good choice of drinks including cocktails available. Had room with shared pool on top floor with a ladder to climb down into the pool which was nice. Room was clean and spacious.

Absolutely brilliant holiday. Everything was as we liked it. From the hotel, staff, food and cleanliness, everything was perfect. Thank you Mitsis

What a lovely stay we had! The staff were wonderful, so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were all inclusive and what fantastic value for money it was! The mealtimes were very busy but the staff worked very hard to keep a full menu readily available, however some guests mainly from Eastern Europe were quite arrogant and rude which was disrespectful to the staff who worked so hard. We heard a small number of complaints about the food being the same every day but there was such a large variety of food on offer from salad, meat, fish, fresh fruit, breads and a huge variety of desserts and along with the numerous types of cocktails, drinks and ice creams etc included in the price we could find no cause for complaint at all. excellent value for money!

My wife and I enjoyed a week long break at the Family Village, we found it quite relaxing, all the staff were extremely helpful and polite, Juliano was probably one of the best barmans I ever saw, fast service no matter what drink the residents asked , the food was plentiful and varied and the Pizza man was incredible with his vast repertoire of toppings , all delicious naturally , the services were also good and Fitos the beach shuttle driver kept us entertained with his singing and music whenever .we needed his services.The rooms were quite large although not too modern were very functional and were cleaned daily, also we found the place to be very quiet .We used the beach daily and there are 2 bars with all the drinks one can want and hot snacks ,cakes and filled rolls provided, the bar staff was very friendly and polite and they would go round to the holidaymakers informing them about the special daily cocktail , the ladies at the reception were incredibly nice and professional , always smiling, We were sorry to go, hopefully we will go again sometimes .

The Family Village resort is situated high above its family members within the Mitsis Resort; they include, Norida Beach, Summer Palace and the jewel, Blue Domes. Having walked through all the Mitsis Village hotels the first impression is that the Family Village is truly the poor relation. Reception was most welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room boasted a seaview which was lovely. It was airy and was cleaned very well daily when fresh towels were provided The whole resort is sprawled over the side of a fairly steep hill so if you have difficulty walking or have young children I recommend that you request a room nearer the restaurant. The restaurant was ok and the staff were most attentive. The standard and variety of cold buffet was good however, the hot plate was rather bland. The main pool was salt water cleaned each day but still in need of a deep clean. The edge of pool was deeply stained with grease and grime.The beach was lovely and clean, sunbeds and umbrellas in abundance; with ample refreshment. A wide variety of Water Sports on hand pedalos and canoes free, transport to and from the beach. Taxis to the hotel from the Airport cost 22 Euro,. Animation Team was rather poor however it was only a token effort because it does not get into full swing until July.
