ESSuperó nuestras expectativas. El hotel es una preciosidad, limpieza, y muy buen servicio, pero sobre todo destacar la amabilidad de los trabajadores y trabajadoras, en especial a Ismael, Ana, Bertolet,…todos son un encanto al servicio y a la altura de un hotel de 5* A destacar también que el Buffet de desayuno y de cena es espectacular, la calidad y variedad se asemeja a un Gran Lujo. Muy recomendables.
Como crítica constructiva, estaría bien no pagar los extras ni del Spa ni de las hamacas.

Why such a huge hotel doesn’t have a kids club? You can come to kids club in second Iberostar , but 2 people told us that’s impossible. So maybe Iberostar need to work on exchaging information.
