the lobby was nice

was not clean, room was not clean, kettle had yellow water, there were ants everywhere, some staff members kept coming into our room and saying sorry and leaving. the cleaners came in and didn’t clean the room at all, they just replaced the towels and made the bed. and whenever we tried contacting the lobby they kept hanging up on us and were not helpful.

L'emplacement est parfait, les chambres sont propres.

Une fuite d'eau au plafond de la salle de bain, le personnel n'était pas très agréable ni transparent, ils disent juste qu'ils vont s'en occuper mais ne nous donne aucune visibilité sur les éventuelles solutions (combien de temps notre salle de bain sera hors service ? Est ce qu'on va devoir changer de chambre ?...). Au final, ça a été réglé, mais ça a pris quand même à peu près entre une journée et une demi journée
