Breakfast was very nice. Bit thrown that the eggs for the English breakfast come on a plate on their own, and then the rest, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, etc come separately, but it's a nice way of doing it.

Lovely old building in a beautiful location

The decor of the room is very dated. Was three of us staying in the family room and we only were provided with two towels and two bottles of water. Hot drink selection very poor. Bad drain like smell in the bathroom. Paid extra for breakfast and the choice is very limited. Sausage was inedible and the two juices that were on offer had gone off. Both had that fizzy taste.

Nice property, nice breakfast😊

The staff were all very helpful and the food was excellent. The garden was beautifully kept, unfortunately the weather wasn't good so we weren't able to make use of it. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

It would have been nice to have had some chairs in our room and a table for the kettle instead of the shelf. The window did not open and although the weather was cool we like to have fresh air at night.

The food was very good and there was a good choice, the staff were friendly and very helpful
