Hampton Inn & Suites Amelia Island-Historic Harbor Front

Loved the proximity to everything, the rooms was clean and comfortable, the staff outstanding. Really could not ask for more. Breakfast was excellent as well, and there was plenty of onsite parking.

I've stayed here dozens of times and its a great place and a great location. Great breakfast and a nice property.

When we got in the room the pillows were wrinkled like they had been used and the sheets were not big enough, or washed so many times they no longer would stay in position so we tried remaking the bed. They were shrunk and barely covered the bed. At the end of the day we were basically on the mattress pad after trying to get comfortable. I have stayed at more Hamptons than I can count and they always have excellent bedding, mattresses and sheets. The rest of the room was nice but it's time to get the bedding right. This is twice there with the same issue. I didn't review the first time. I do still like the place but for God sakes get that right.

Location!

The overall facilities are a bit run down and in need of a major upgrade/ refresh. Clean but you can see the rooms are pretty run down.

Hampton Inn Harbor front is a wonderful hotel. The location is very convenient to the harbor and many restaurants, shops and events. It is clean and quiet. It is also pet friendly. We would definitely stay there again!
