Mantra Crown Towers

The staff were great. The room was large. The pools and spas were excellent. Kids loved the pool area.

It wasn’t that clean, it was rundown and in need of repairs as well as an update. The air-conditioning was only in two areas so the other bedroom was hot. The milk wasn’t restocked. Over priced for what you get.

The pool area is nice and the hotel is in close vicinity to the surfers paradise beach.

The rooms are showing age and needs renovation. The toilet seat was broken and the wash basin tap makes loud water hammer noise each time when in use. Toilet sliding door had lot of dirt and needs cleaning.

The location is perfect. The pool and facilities were great as well.

The resort was lovely with the pools, restaurant and easy access to eveything.

Even though the room was old which was fine it looked like it had not been cleaned properly for quite awhile, fingerprings over the tv, breakfast bar, the chairs and the balcony were dirty. The front and sliding doors were clunky and very hard to open and close. No aircon in single bed room even with the blinds closed the room was stiffling and no coat hangers. For what we paid that side of things were not up to standard.
