"Horrible experience"

This place was horrible. It felt like it would fall down any minute. It’s extremely noisy with loud music starting early in the morning. Kids were running everywhere screaming. The food was so so. Right outside my balcony were 20 or so vendors all day and evening. One day there was a weird show with a group of young people in red dancing around the pool with plastic machine guns pointing at people. I’ve stayed at some very charming places in Mexico, but this place was awful. I want to give it zero stars. Don’t come

El hotel está muy bonito pero no se puede meter al mar y el agua de las albercas súper fría no se tolera deberían tener calefacción en las albercas ya que no les da nada el sol para que se caliente sola el agua y el menú del desayunos en restauran todos los días sirven lo mismo deberían tener más variedad en alimentos El show en el hotel en algunos videos que se ven en YouTube presentan una variedad que en verdad no es la que realmente se hace

"Buen hotel para vacacionar en familia o con amigos"

Muy limpias las habitaciones, cama muy cómoda, cuarto excelente. Alberca con varios niveles de altura perfecta para nadar. La comida no estaba buena, poco sazonada, pero pasable, poca variedad de alimentos pero aceptable todo. Muy padre las actividades y shows del equipo de entretenimiento

El personal en el hotel fue amable, pero durante el día tenían música a todo volumen y por la acústica del hotel no te podías escapar, así que si ibas en plan de descanso esto lo hacía imposible. La limpieza en general buena así como los alimentos .

mo me gusto nada, mi coche lo estacione sobre el Blvd y si me novia me tenia que buscar mucho mas adelante o por enfrente
