The receptionists are really kind and solution oriented professionals.

The room had a locked connecting door to the adjacent room, which provided very poor sound insulation. I could clearly hear every minute of people’s intimacy. The same issue applied to the main door that leads to the cigarette smelling corridor. Housekeeping was also disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed a small brown stain on the bedsheet. I left the bed open with the stain visible and placed the “Please Clean Room” sign on the door, expecting the sheets to be changed. However, the bed was simply remade with the same stained sheet, which remained unchanged throughout my three-night stay. Overall, it was okay, the room design is nice :)

Haben schon öfter in diesen Van der Valk Hotels übernachtet, waren immer sehr zufrieden, schade das es diese Hotels nicht im Süd Deutschland gibt. Immer gerne wieder.
