Cleanliness was the biggest problem for me. The first room that was given to me reeked of cigarette smoke! The hotel is said to be non-smoking. My room was non-smoking. Yet my room was awfully smoky! As was my travel partners room! Both of us were assigned new rooms which were much better. The new room I was given did not have a clean bathroom. The bathroom floor and shower was covered in little short black hairs, which as a women with long blonde hair, it was obvious to anyone that these were not mine! I then requested my bathroom to be cleaned properly. They did send someone up right away to clean. However, when I returned to my room ALL the hairs were still there!

Room spacious & quite. Warehouse Restaurant & Bar - friendly staff, nice food but very noisy!!! Loud music which is grand if you are out on the tear but definitely too loud for dining with friends and family as you can't hear yourself think. Would return to stay but would eat elsewhere (though the hotel boasts a dining room) It wasn't in evidence last Sunday night. Ideally located for shopping, theater, bars, restaurants etc 😁

Super location in the middle of Letterkenny town, limited parking available onsite. The staff are second to none, from check-in to restaurant to cleaning every single one of them welcomes and acknowledges you throughout your stay. Breakfast was extremely busy one morning with a wait for tables but I was offered the option of sitting in the bar if I wanted to and it was opened specifically for that purpose. Would have no problem staying here again.

The check-in process was good and the staff friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. There was secure off rode parking and easy access to all of the bars, shops and restaurants.
