Lovely hotel in a beautiful part of Pollensa. Wonderful views everyday and 30 seconds to the beach. We had a sea view room and had no regrets. Plenty of convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely recommend.
Excellent hotel. Great set up with outside area and rooftop bar. Service sometimes slightly slow. But overall very nice. Staff very friendly.
awesome location right off beach - property is near sister property where there is parking - one of our rooms did not have a great air conditioner so was a little warm - breakfast was great - seems like there were a lot of seniors that preferred the property - we felt very young
Absolute paradise! This was mine and my sister’s second time at this hotel and we can’t wait to visit again asap! Beautiful hotel on the most stunning beach. The staff are soooo friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side but beautifully interior decorated and housekeeping do an incredible job at making them gorgeously clean and tidy every day. It’s honestly the most incredible hotel and area. 2 brilliant Spar convenience shops less than a minute away for all drinks/snacks/sandwiches etc! 15 min walk to the busier area of the port where we like to go to ‘Stay’ for dinner sometimes, again amazing staff and lovely food with a view of the water. Many gorgeous restaurants in Old Town Pollensa Sq. which is 15 min drive from hotel. Heavenly. We’ve been home for 12 hours and missing it all so much! Thank you Hotel Pollentia, you go above and beyond.
The sea view was beautiful. The staff were so helpful recommending sightseeing. The hotel was so nicely decorated and the breakfast was fabulous.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to cycle, go to the beach, walk to restaurants, visit the marina, etc. As we went in the low season we didn't have any issues parking our car in front of the hotel but this might be more problematic during high season. The hotel was lovely, staff members were super accommodating & helpful and the breakfast was delicious (the view was spectacular). They have a lovely little sitting area and outside dining in the front of the hotel which was great during the day and in the evening. They also had live music while we were there. We opted for the standard room as we would be out most of the day doing various activities and we found it to be a bit on the small side. We had a leak in our shower but the staff were quick to try and correct the problem. They do have other amenities (ex: bikes) that we didn't use but are available. I would come back and stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat.
