Personnel très sympa, et serviable. Très bel hôtel, bien situé. Chambre super confortable! Services spa, petit dejeuner, piscine etc.

Un peu cher je trouve aux standards de Mallorque mais la destination est prisée donc je peux comprendre.

Äusserst zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr sauberes Zimmer und auch das Hotel im Allgemeinen. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig. Das Abendessen bietet für Vegetarier etwas weniger Auswahl, man findet jedoch immer etwas. Preis Leistung des Abendessens ist sehr gut. Besonders schön fand ich die Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick und Pool. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und auch der Hafen ist zu fuss gut erreichbar.

Location

The air conditioning was not working (not operator error as we have stayed before) we therefore had to sleep with patio door open. Big mistake being ground floor we soon found ourselves subject to a ant and mosquite infestation. As you can imagine we had a very poor nights sleep.

Location is perfect, hotel is spotless as well. The sandy beach is directly in front of the hotel. The staff at the hotel were all so friendly and professional always on hand to answer any questions and offers of help. Christina on reception. Is amazing and Rebecca in the restaurant is a credit to you all. Thank you so much, we love this hotel and have already booked again

Not a dislike at all but a couple of suggestions. Maybe a sign or a note in your room with the reception phone number, as well as some information on the workings of the air con. We can’t complain as when we spoke to reception about us not being able to regulate the air con somebody was in our room within minutes to help.

Great breakfast.brilliant staff. Good music in evenings. Outdoor seating lovely

Noise from the room above. The pool was difficult yo fet in snd out as a person with restricted mobility. The steps could have been more mindfully designed for ease if getting in and out.
