Globalmente non ho riscontrato grandi problemi. Se proprio dovessi cercare il pelo nell'uovo, non sempre la sauna raggiungeva la temperatura desiderata e una delle due sale era fuori uso, ma il personale è stato pronto a cercare di risolvere la situazione.

Das Essen war immer sehr abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Die Mitarbeitende waren alle sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht.

Die Eingangstür des Nebengebäudes, in dem wir untergebracht waren, fiel wiederholt laut ins Schloss, sodass die Geräusche deutlich bis in unser Zimmer zu hören waren.

The location was ideal and we had a junior suite facing the ocean which was just beautiful. We could walk to restaurants, shops and all places of interest. We were here to ride our bikes so very much appreciated the hearty breakfast buffet and dinners. We took advantage of the bike storage facilities which also fortunately had a washing machine and dryer that we used frequently. The room was very comfortable and quite serene. The gym facilities are fantastic! We tried to use the spa facilities, but other than the sauna, found the water to be too cold. The staff was all incredible friendly, helpful and accommodating. This will be our hotel pick when we return!

Cold spa facilities

El hotel es muy cómodo, las habitaciones amplias y el desayuno variado y abundante. Está en primera línea de playa a 20 minutos andando del centro del pueblo, muy cerca de restaurantes y locales de ocio. Dispone de parking y servicio de préstamo de bicicletas. Hubo un mínimo problema en mi habitación y enseguida me cambiaron a una de categoría superior. Realmente muy buena estancia.

Delicious choice of fruit, yoghurts & breads at breakfast. Lovely to sit outside & have a relaxing breakfast. My room was large & the bed was huge & very comfortable. Coffee machine & kettle in the room a real bonus. Huge shower. Brilliant balcony with very comfy sun loungers. Staff extremely friendly & helpful. Beach towels provided & exchanged whenever you wanted. So handy just to cross the road & run in the sea. I was visiting end of March so I basically had the beach & sea to myself!

Would have liked some more interesting cheeses at breakfast as I don't eat meat. Coffee from the machine wasn't great. Too much air freshener used in room & corridor; I had to ask the cleaner not to spray as it was killing my lungs. Probably trying to cover up the damp smell from the winter. The room was a bit cold.

Schöne Lage, SPA, Buffet Frühstück und Abendessen reichhaltig, früher Check in möglich, Nespresso Maschine im Zimmer.

Mein Zimmer war nach hinten ausgerichtet, darum keine attraktive Sicht, das lag aber wohl am Preis und hat mich für eine Nacht nicht gestört.

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer, sehr schöne Aussenarchitektur, Frühstück sehr gut und vielfältig

Der Wellnessbereich war sehr klein und einige Standardeinrichtungen haben nicht funktioniert ( Hamamm war out of Order , Sauna war nicht heiß )
