Good experience with nearby metro, good neighborhood, safe place, but they need to learn to Speak english

Room is slightly small, won't fit my suitcases. Can smell strong cigarette smoke in the corridor every time walking out of lift. Good value for money though.

我們花了2個多小時找飯店,因為附近大部分居民僅知道另外一家更豪華錦江之星XX店,我們到時不知道還需要付200人民幣作押金,深夜服務的女服務員比較像公安比較不像服務生,服務員素質不一 ,有熱心服務的,有的服務態度需要提升,如之前人所述會有小廣告紙卡(色情服務)塞在門口,吹風機要到櫃台借用,硬體設備算新,整體而言算是合理價位.

Pros: The location is good and you are close to the China Convention Center, Olympic park, Subway Station, Bank, convenient store just next door. Cons:There should be someone who could speak or understand ENGLISH.. Man it is so difficult to communicate in English or universal language. It is a great value if you speak Chinese only. They need to have someone speak English. It takes at least one to two hours to check out or try to get to communicate if you want to extend the stay or something like that. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH..

The hotel is modest but clean and its location practical. It is 5 min away from a subway station (Datun Lu East) allowing easy access to central Beijing. Restaurants are also 5 min away with a variety of choices both from the financial and culinary point of view. A next door restaurant (1 min walk) provides a cheap and delicious meal despite modest outlook. A supermarket right outside the hotel provides with the essentials one might need. A travel agent right outside the hotel provides tours to the Great Wall and the Ming tombs with English guides. The hotel reception has minimal but functional English that enables you to solve basic issues that normally fluster Chinese hotel staff. Despite not visually pleasing surroundings,the location is very safe as a main police station HQ is right next door. Internet access is provided free-of-charge and while slow works robustly.The rooms are very quite as relatively away from main roads (3 min away). This provides the only real negative point about this hotel: taxi drivers have troubles locating it as its main entrance is in a side alleyway. Ask the driver to call the hotel (have the number at hand) for indications as they otherwise will go aimlessly up and down the main road. Overall a very practical and cheap hotel.

El servicio y el trato del personal fue excelente, desde la gente de limpieza a recepción, sumamente amables y atentos. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. muy recomendable en cuanto a tarifa (5 días aqui tienen el mismo valor de una noche en hoteles cercanos). Solo es objetable que en las horas de servicio del restaurant el olor a comida lo invade todo.
