"Not worth the price."

Casino is very close to walk to

There was long black hair on shower floor when arrived. Toilet had fecal stains. And there was hair all over bathroom floor. For 400$ not impressed. Buffet breakfast was completely booked out so was the epicurean and the atrium.... market and co also full. Ended up ordering uber eats as we tried for an hour to get a table anywhere. Won't be staying again. IHG crown plaza much better value for money wonderful views of river and only 3km from casino. We have been staying at IHG ever since and love it far more. We have stayed metropol over 10 times nothing but disappointed, crown towers and promenade just the same disappointment. Not worth the price

Location and cleanliness. Very comfortable. Lovely view and extremely friendly and accommodating staff.

Only a slight issue but the shower-head was in need of some descaling as the water didn’t flow as cleanly as it could have. Very minor issue. And had no impact on a great stay.

Location, right next to the casino and theatre. Room a good size, clean and a comfortable bed.

Unfriendly receptionist. Didn’t smile or have common politeness. Expensive for what you get, only chose it as it is close to the crown theatre.

Great overnight stay, we had a direct view of the casino which was cool. Even with all the loud crowd, we couldn't hear anything from the room which was great. Fast check in if you pre checked in before hand

"Won’t be back."

It was close to the show - musical we went to.

It was quite shabby and definitely not 5 star. We were overcharged $100. Lucky I checked. They were very sorry and gave us a bottle of wine and chocolates. The view was of a carpark. For the price of the room it was rubbish. Stayed in much better places for less money. I can’t believe they offer room service but charge $7 per delivery and it comes in a cardboard box. We didn’t bother. They even charged you for water. We had two sachets of coffee for two of us. We have coffee morning and evening. If you don’t want to pay an arm and a leg for parking then you have to walk with your bags. Lucky we were only there for a night.
