The location is great the staff are lovely and the rooms are clean and comfy

Not clear that the room was basically in the basement. Got a bit cold in the morning.

Perfect location within walking distance to town via the lovely Museum Gardens Ideal size room. Comfortable beds. Good shower, Very clean throughout. Receptionists charming and helpful.

In view of the very wet weather and the unpredictable British climate, it would be beneficial for an umbrella to be available for guests, perhaps on deposit to avoid loss or failure to return..

We were in room 1 & although it was a lovely room it was down some stairs & felt like a basement , not much light & only a back yard to look at
