Location near to industrial area . I went for industrial visit

Road infront of the facility is very dirty and Even though I preponed the stay by email and call by the property, the receptionist didn’t allow us to get in telling that he don’t know this thing. I told him to allow us to get in now and in case any issue , I can settle it tomorrow morning. But they didn’t allow . It was early morning around at 5 am with family .

I was tricked into booking this room because on Expedia this hotel room was shown with a balcony, which i wanted, but in reality when i reached the hotel thi room had no balcony at all.

"Good Hotel."

Good facility and very clean and neat. Location is very good. Food quality is good.

Staff at Breakfast need some smile on their face. They appear like working forcefully or sleepy. Need some training. Approach road to the hotel is not so good!!!
