Fantastic hotel The staff are extremely good and very friendly and attentive I highly recommend this hotel

This wonderfully beautiful resort is nestled into the hillside overlooking the sea, surrounded by luscious landscape and three pools on separate levels. Our room (Beach Wing Suite) was spacious with a comfy king bed, indoor seating and a private balcony. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Ms. Sao and Mr. Mong who greeted everyone with a smile and the utmost professionalism. Breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had with both buffet style and made to order. Always plenty to choose from. Treat yourself to happy hour and then dinner at Mom's Tri Kitchen. Excellent food. Reservations a must. Easy walk down stairs to the adjoining beach (Kata Noi). If you are looking for exceptional and relaxed comfort in a lovely setting, you must stay here. We look forward to returning next year!

Fantastic large clean rooms. We stayed in beach villa - easy access to Kata Noi beach and Pool bar. Ocean pool also amazing with fantastic view. The restaurant is consistently rated the best in Phuket with an amazing wine list. The front desk were extremely helpful with any request.

Beautifully located hotel. It was possible to have quiet and tranquility overlooking the sea and also to be in the hustle and bustle within a 10 minute walk. Loved happy hour cocktail Overlooking the sea and loved our big balcony with sea views for afternoon reading. Staff were excellent

Excellent location, very near to a quite and nice beach. The view from the hotel and the room is simply fantastic!! I really enjoyed the place. The hotel's restaurant is amazing - the restaurant staff is professional and polite, food is amazing and fairly priced. I also liked the wide and comfortable beds in our room, as well as the easy access to the beach from the room.

Unlike the restaurant staff, the hotel staff is not well trained, resulting in a highly inconsistent service which is not up to the standard of a "luxury" resort. Many little things have been unecessarily disappointing, including for example a problem with the restroom (denied by the staff in face of contrary evidence) that would flood while using the bathtab, lots of mosquitos in the room even with windows closed at all times, charge on drinking water (only 1,33 complimentary lt per person/day). My daughter cut her toe in the sea water hotel pool: the hotel staff could not provide her with appropriate first aid for the minor cut and advised us to go to the pharmacy to buy bandage and disinfectant or go to hospital.

Love the view from the room and the privacy. Access from the room to the beach is perfect!

Our stay at mom Tri’s was great from start to finish. The room and view was beautiful, the food was delicious. The access to the beach was really nice as well. Location was also convenient and easy to access for our tour guides
