Hotel Ana Catalina and Suites

THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN. THE STAFF WAS VERY KIND AND ACCOMMDATING.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Loved the location, felt safe and within walking distance to Parroquia de San Miguel Arcangel! Would definitely stay there again.

Shower pressure was low and it was hard to wash my hands in the sink because the faucet was so short

I did not like the room and chawer and was not to clean

This is a nice little hotel in San Miguel, it is what you’d expect from a hotel there, specially for the price range. It was very nice, although the bed wasn’t very good.

Nice room and very helpful staff. Centrally located, convenient to everything! Only downside is some traffic noise from the busy street adjacent to the property at night.

I like the friendliness and helpfulness of the office staff. I didn't like that there was not hangers (there was no closet) available and the shower floors were not spotless. I showered with my flip-flops on. Also there was not an "inside" lock on door.

The hotel is conveniently located just close enough to the main attractions in San Miguel de Allende without being too "busy" and noisy. The room was nicely appointed, although there was no safe to store valuables and the lock on the room door did not inspire much confidence. A safe and a more rugged lock would be better.
