Room was horrible and horrible service

The room we booked showed signs of wear and tear. It was tired. Stains on carpet and furniture. Dryer needed replacing. The soap container was empty as was the body lotion container. Simple things but for the price should never happen. Wouldn't stay with Peppers again.

Great location. Quiet and all facilities for the kids. Shuttle down to Hastings street is a treat 👌

Our apartment was spacious and well equipped - great to have a coffee machine! However, we did not appreciate the small ants(?) which infested the whole place, including the lounge seats, and the odd cockroach. Reception said they could not do anything. What happens - do you just let the whole place be overrun by insects before acting? The place was cleanish but there was someone's hair on the floor in the bathroom (yuk) and the place could do with a really good clean (beyond what a cleaner presumably does). There was no soap in the wash basin dispenser. We called reception - no answer, we went to reception and told them - nothing happened, we phoned again the next day and it was fixed very quickly. The following day the soap ran out in the shower. Gave up after that and used our own soap. Overall, given the high cost of the rooms, we were not at all impressed. A very bad experience for our overseas visitors. Breakfast very expensive and OK but not great. And you have to pay extra for a proper coffee. Bad.

Property is starting to look tired and old. Strong musty smell on entrance to room. Good location and convenient to Hastings St.

This accommodation is very well located because it is very close for access to town and access to the national Park. Because of Service, once you get there, you can just park your car and use that to go back-and-forth. The setting is very beautiful built into the hillside.

A walk to Hastings street but golf buggy shuttle helps that.

No beach towels available for nearly whole stay Significant delays with any room service or pool orders using QR code system Very difficult to get rooms cleaned around baby sleep schedule Nice property, great location and really nice staff but would recommend avoiding until these service related issues are fixed.
