Staff were excellent customer service at front desk

Great location, and that’s about all

Horrendous bed Very loud creaking floors Not allowed to have a drink by the pool, need to move to the restaurant in your bathers, staff unfriendly Air conditioning non existent, room was boiling hot, usually colder outside Shower tiny can’t turn around in it

The view at the restaurant was very good

The room was tiny and noisy they had a door stop on the floor leading into the bathroom that was not needed as the room was so small the door did not fully open. On the second day I went into the bathroom tripped over door stop bashed my arm on the metal door handle hurt it badly. I went to tell staff at reception they removed the door stop screw. I went back to reception 5 staff member were there the man who worked in the kitchen screamed in broken English it’s impossible you done that injury today I worked in first aid impossible it was like a scene from faulty towers . No sorry my arm was badly hurt massive bruise for my whole trip around Europe The room was tiny on the road cars went past all night We told reception they said yes this happens on weekends it’s quiet throughout the week! Overall the staff were not friendly one blonde lady at the bar was friendly only . The staff seemed to work morning noon and night! But the man trying to tell me the injury didn’t happen in their hotel was next level rude

I'm was apprehensive staying here as there wasn't many reviews or recent ones but I didn't need to worry! This hotel was perfect. Menaggio is probably one of the best areas to stay, it's the perfect balance between quiet and busy but with easy links to wherever you want to go and explore. The staff were accommodating and helpful when we had questions, and the views are breath-taking. The breakfast was just right, lots of choice for a small hotel and we enjoyed it every day. We will definitely be returning again!

Lovely hotel with a great pool and sun beds. Great view over Lake Como. The staff were the best! We were celebrating our honeymoon here and they gave a nice bottle of prosecco to celebrate which we really appreciated. Thank you!

Nice, clean, comfortable 3 star hotel

Great location and view from the lake view room. Swimming pool area is also cosy and nice. Staff is super friendly! Easy nearby parking (must book in advance, chargeable). For a 3 starts hotel this is a great choice!
