Séjour touristique Portofino Camogli Rapallo et ses environs.

At check in we were given a nice room with a balcony but the bed was extremely hard and worn out so that we complained about it and asked for another room which was promptly given to us in minutes. This time the whole room and bathroom were newer and the bed was much much softer so that this might imply that they are refurbishing and updating the hotel. The breakfast buffet was average and quick to become inadequate but the restaurant on the premises with the same name and owner is a great restaurant worth the stop! We ate there every night of our stay with enormous satisfaction.

Das schöne Hotel wird vom Personal, dass hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich ist unterstrichen. Das Essen ist auch sehr lecker. Die Stadt ist nicht sehenswert, deshalb hauptsächlich zur Durchreise geeignet.

Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel attentif à notre bien être. Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux. On nous a même offert des petites bouteilles d'eau fraîche devant la piscine car il faisait très chaud.une adresse à retenir.

La mia camera troppo piccola .....se dovessi ritornarci ne prenotare 1 con balconcino e più larga.....colazione a base di buon latte fresco dolci buonissimi ed eccellente focaccia......molto gentile il barista del servizio colazioni. .....1 altro punto a favore x l'accoglienza di animali da compagnia senza supplemento come pure il garage......ci tornerò sicuramente

not very clean, uncomfortable bed, smoking rooms

Albergo datato che non merita le stelle di cui si fregia.Tre *** sarebbero anche troppe. Stanza da claustrofobia - lampade fulminate - poltrone con bracciolo rotto-accappatoi che hanno fatto la guerra 15-18 -colazione scarsa anche per una sola persona..figuriamoci per due -tastiera del computer nella hall così sudicia da farti prendere una malattia, mai vista roba del genere!! Unica nota positiva la cortesia e buona volontà della signora Teresa alla reception. Sono necessari urgenti investimenti in queste condizioni non si possono pretendere 110 euro a notte!!!!!...e neanche di avere clienti.

Heel erg slechte kamer aico werkte niet goed en tikte. Badkamer met schimmels muren in de kamer waar lekkage heeft gezeten behang was helemaal los en bol. Ook geen balkon zoals in de beschrijving stond. Meer 2 sterren dan 4 sterren.
