Todo genial, no sé puede pedir más, muy agradable, muy bien situado,...El personal muy atento, buen ambiente y por un precio razonable. Recomendable 100%

"Reasonable hotel, but better to stay in main hotel (San Martino), round the corner"

Good Shower, comfortable bed, good position, good breakfast (no hot food, but good choice)

It is confusing as the hotel is now called hotel San Martino [***] and hotel Diana [**], we didn't expect to be in a 2 star. room was reasonable, but lino on floor, no tea/coffee, weird paintings on the wall. Reception was 150m away

"Superbe hôtel dans la magnifique Lucca!"

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit dans cet hôtel (albergo San Martino) dans une très belle chambre cosy, belle SDB, propreté irréprochable, au calme mais au centre ville. Une belle surprise, le petit-déjeuner INCROYABLE.. je ne peux le décrire tant il y avait de choix..tout était de qualité dans 2 petites salles confortables. Le personnel est très aimable et courtois , Fabrizio, en l'occurence,qui s'occupait du petit-déjeuner et une dame qui est venue nous chercher, car on ne trouvait pas l'hôtel, le GPS nous faisait tourner en rond. Nous aimerions bien y revenir, Lucca est magnifique et ce fut une halte reposante après Florence.
