"Exceptional"

Staff very friendly, excellent location, nice facilities & breakfast. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, however. More than a few black hairs on the floor, and my partner and I are both blonde, so def not ours. The rest of the room seemed nice and fresh. Comically bright blue light from the TV (off) shining towards bed- threw my scarf over it and it was fine. Sat night disco pounding next door- ear plugs helped. Other than the few minor things, overall great stay.

"Unhappy "

Upgraded to a room with partial ocean view. It had none. When I complained I was told it was on the balcony. When I said there was almost no view from the balcony, I was told I needed to lean over the railing! He tried to find something better but nothing available. Not worth it.

Loved the location, cute and clean hotel. The only issue was that we couldn’t open the balcony door because of mosquitos. I killed several in the room after we realized it. Shower is tiny and dark, but overall, very nice. Great breakfast. Great staff. We went off-season, so very few places were open, but the beach locale and the castle visit where wonderful!

A good location central to everything; just a few minutes walk to the sites. Friendly service and a room with a balcony. If you want a refrigerator you need to request it when booking. Also it's hard to find because it's in a multi-purpose building and there's only a small sign at the entrance.

"Nice hotel close to main attractions"

Wonderful experience here. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly, informative and accommodating. They helped to call a taxi to the train station for us and even offered a complementary bottle of still water for us to take on the trip. Great location as it's only 5 minutes walk from the main attraction, with restaurants and cafes aplenty nearby.
