Great service by the young men at the front, very helpful and overall good location in regards of food, the only thing was the shower, a little small

The hotel is near the train station so it was very conveniently located for us. I had seen the bad reviews but I thought, I'll book their most expensive room type, how bad could it be for one night? Well, the first room they gave us (room 1) was pretty bad, dark, small and weirdly decorated, quite like what one imagines a hourly-rate hotel might be. When I protested ("I booked a 'superior room', but this is an inferior room") we were moved to a suite, which was nicer but a bit strange (it is supposed to be room 15 but it is unlabelled). The breakfast was fine.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, hatten ein kleines, aber sehr sauberes Zimmer. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Unsere Fahrräder konnten sicher in der Garage parken. Und klar, das Hotel liegt in der Stadt, dass es dort nicht immer Muxmäuschenstill ist, muss man erwarten
