Great staff that are at hand to help with anything you need. The rooms are comfortable and the public areas are nicely decorated.

We stayed for a couple nights to celebrate our wedding and the “Outstanding” room was just that! We loved the huge bath, comfy bed with tv at the end and the space in this suite. The service on arrival and at breakfast was excellent, thank you Megan :-) Finally, not only would I give the stay as a whole 10/10, the value for money was also exceptional. We look forward to visiting again.

Quirky

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely large bedroom with quality fittings. Well stocked mini bar with complimentary tea and coffee. Small courtyard leading off from the dining room provides a perfect spot for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Brilliant cooked breakfast, one of the best I’ve ever eaten.

This hotel is okay but only okay in my opinion. Our room wasn't ready for nearly an hour past the check in time and there were another couple also waiting. The staff were friendly and helpful but clearly just not enough of them. They offered us a drink while we waited which I assumed was complimentary but was then on our bill. The very nice lady on reception removed this when I queried it. The hotel also said we had to pay for parking but again this was removed when I queried it. The room was pleasant but there is no air conditioning which would be uncomfortable if it was a hot day. You hear everything inside and outside so not great if you are looking for a good nights sleep. The communial areas are really nicely decorated and furnished.

One night in room 1. Perfect! Lovely hotel in a great location, cant wait to return.

Lovely breakfast, we had it included so lots of choice but can just buy individual items if you prefer. Fantastic meals in the evening really spoilt us. Great dining room where you can see the chef at work and big lounge areas. Free parking and short walk to the shops. Massive bed with separate large old style bath but also walk in shower room.
