The staff did not attempt to ask guests to be quiet at 1:30-3:30 hrs, they were banging doors and shouting and singing, I and other guests complained to reception staff in the morning but received no apology. I went on to ask if they would let me have a cup of coffee as compensation.. "No" she says, "coffee is 2 euros". Absolutely terrible customer service, will never ever stay again. The room was also dirty with a lot of dust on bedside tables and a metal hairpin from a previous guest on the carpet. It was very ecoebsive for such a budget dirty hotel. I paid 85 euros!
