Very central in Angoulême, clean, large comfortable bed, helpful manager, secure garage parking, unusual furniture made from historical industrial equipment in foyer area. Nice breakfast.

Didn’t realise hotel was closed 13.00-17.00 on weekends but our fault for not checking. I would recommend putting a note on door about this as check-in is from 16.30.
