L'hôtel est bien situé et propre
Bonjour, Je n’ai pas pu bénéficier de la chambre triple 21 portant la réservation 70283 dans l’hôtel IBIS Budget Le Mans Université en raison des énormes embouteillages du GP EXPLORER du dimanche 5 octobre 2025. Il n’y a pas de standard téléphonique après 21h00. Nous n’avons pas pu avoir l’explication de comment nous pouvions entrer dans l’hôtel après 21h00. I didn’t really appreciate that this was a Budget Ibis although the price should have given me a clue, so that’s my mistake. It was very basic. The rooms were cramped and the bathroom similar to what you’d find in a ferry. It was a weekend so the restaurant nearby was closed which means we had to go in search of dinner. On the plus side the bedlinens were crisp cotton, the bed comfortable, the price very low and the check-in and check-out staff friendly and efficient.

Hôtel bien placé, chambre correct sauf l’oubli de ménage et de serviette propre, après demande faite à la réception amabilité du réceptionniste très moyen, revoir les bases du service client.

Unexpextedly bad. Front door of hotel was not locked/ it was propped open. No A/C with tiny windows for entire room. Linens are clean. Paint and surfaces are worn out and chipped. Bathroom and toilet not deep cleaned. Matresses show stains under the sheets.
