The staff was very welcoming and really helpful.

We loved the location on newly refurbished waterfront. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Overall we liked the hotel. Rooms are spacious, very clean and have comfortable beds. Great location right on the waterfront with nice restaurants nearby.

Brilliant hotel. Right on the quayside. The Super yatchs pull up outside. Central to restaurants. Good simple food at Betty's is to be recommended. Hotels. Com does not tell you that you need to book parking at 13 euro a night. The difference in the prices on hotels.com is Seaview or not Seaview. You really need Seaview in this one

The hotel is very old nice location but really needs a big update rooms aren't very nice walls scratched desks broken down . Breakfast was very terrific

The location of the hotel was perfect with its view of the harbour. And inside the hotel I could see that it's been a nice hotel with all the marble everywhere to keep it cool. But the soft furnishings i.e. The carpets and furniture leave it looking very shabby and in need of a refurbishment. The women who worked at the hotel where great and helpful but the night people they employ there are awful, rude and unhelpful. You should pay for your breakfast as you go, don't bother booking the room inclusive of breakfast, there are lots of other restaurants for breakfast. Kind regards Susan

Very central, overlooking port. Nice breakfast and very helpful staff.

We checked in early as our tour of Soutern Italy ended and instead of making us wait around for an extra couple of hours, the lovely gal at the front desk was able to bump up our reservation so we had a waterfront view. We were able to check in to the room right away and rest which we appreciated immensely. It made our experience that much more enjoyable.

Lovely hotel, facing port. Good room,however we did not have a view.our window looked onto an a court yard with air conditioning vents. Noisy could not leave window open.very clean hotel recently painted. Bathroom could do with an upgrade,shower cubical very small. If you can afford it go for a sea front room. Draw back no external seating area, street bars near by. Bar in hotel, not staffed,no one used it, doubled as a t v room/ sitting room. Location great .you can drive car up to front of hotel,limited parking.valet parking at 13 Euros night. Plenty to see in brindisi free museums. Buffet breakfast good. Have to ask for hot water if you drink tea as it comes in thermos flasks. Would rate the hotel as 3 * staff very helpful and pleasant .moved on to another hotel which was also a 4* which was superb .
