Pleasant stay. Not a luxury hotel but clean with a decent sized room, comfortable beds—just right for our two night stay.

Check in system not user friendly if you check in when there’s no one at reception. No hairdryer in room, called reception, one delivered promptly. Would have like kettle in room with tea/coffee. Beautiful town, this property is very convenient and staff is friendly.

If you come to this small nice city, our choice would consist of 2 hotels. This one is fairly good, I liked their bathroom - it was big and very clean. The service was also nice, as for a 3* hotel. I even got a free bottle of water. But unfortunately it's not that clean as you would expect it to be. The location was dope though. To sum up, I had a nice experience in this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel while walking a section of the E11 European Long Distance Footpath. The hotel is an ok modern business hotel, without much character. I didn't feel particularly welcome there. At breakfast there was a wide range of things to choose from, but for example the fruit was not fresh.

I was in town for a meeting and have stayed here before. Very friendly staff, easy check-in, rooms are good size and comfortable. I wish they offered coffee/tea in room. I don't take breakfast, but I always enjoy a warm morning beverage when I'm preparing for my day. Overall this is a really nice property and value for the money is ideal.

The room was ok but had traffic noise from the street (facing Mühlenstraße). WiFi did NOT work in the room but was acceptable in the lobby. BIG Surprise was "Maria's Restaurant" in the hotel which featured Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. I had the "Dorade Royale" fish selection on the menu and it was excellent. The waiter also brought a glass of white wine and a smaller glass of "Ouzo" which complemented the meal perfectly. The hotel is worth a try if only for its restaurant.

Where is the internet connection?! In 2014 is not possible to have floor and rooms without internet... cable or wifi...! This is one of the most important point for a work travellers... Hope to never come back here...

New reception area, so efforts are being made. But the attention to detail is lacking. My colleague was asked to go into the second breakfast room which he did not like, so a table was set up in the breakfast room full of OAP's enjoying a visit to the city of Koethen. Then the butter ran out (a reminder was needed), then the bread rolls had finished, so some bake your own variety were heated in the oven for us, waiting time about 15 minutes. The staff are friendly and try their best if asked, but more attention to detail is needed. Showers and bathroom are simple but fine and the larger rooms are comfortable enough for the rate charged. The hotel was fully booked and parking can be found opposite in a special car park as well as in front of the hotel. I will come back and hope improvements are made over time.

Check in was easy and convenient with very nice staff people. Upon check-in they gave me the free interest pw - and also mentioned that from my room internet was good. The room was about average for Europe - small. It was clean and there was a large bathroom. The bed was comfortable - and it is located on the edge of one of the main street leading into town. Town is about a 5-10 minute walk - and there are a number of shops and restaurants located around the area. Breakfast was included, German typical breakfast - meats - bread - eggs - bacon and sausage. I did not use the Italian restaurant - since I was more interested in the local Brauhaus, and other places to eat. It is a great value - and you will find it quiet, conveniently located, and friendly staff.

Nice hotel. Comfortable, clean, quiet, friendly staff and with a reasonable price. Within walking distance of the town centre. Good restaurant which serves Italian food. The only negative I found was the bad quality of the wireless internet connection. I had to sit in the corridor or go to the reception area to access the Internet.
