Staff member at front desk was friendly

Poor condtion, room was not cleaned properly, building was very run down. General manager was rude and unhelpful on the phone

The location is fantastic if you want to get to the MCG or a quick tram ride into the CBD. The rooms are very compact and the bathroom is old, but everything was clean and operational.

Close to medical facilities and hospitals. Quiet location. Well equipped. including kitchenette. Comfortable mattress. No contact with other humans (that suits me) - just using key boxes.

2 pillows provided and both were hard as rocks (fortunately I travel with my own). No hair conditioner, but did have shampoo (ok for those with very short hair).
