La Ensenada Beach Resort

Stuff is great, very friendly and nice. Weather was also good.

The room was super old and smelled weird. They call it Delux, but it was not delux even remotely. The shower didn't even have a shelf where you could place your toiletries. We asked to change the room, and they had only cabins available for an extra $488. As per Booking.com, we were eligible for the update. Of course, it didn't happen. Basically, our room was an extension of someone's suite, divided with a door. Breakfast was also very poor. 3 types of beans. How much beans can you eat from breakfast at 8 am? Not even butter. In order to get your food, you have to wait until someone will place it on your plate. You are not allowed to do it yourself. Dinners were decent, but we cared more for breakfast since in the evenings, you want to be out. It's not worth the money!

We liked the great customer services. Food wise having more seafood food plates will be great.

Easy check in , bumpy check out . Rude attitude of person at counter while addressing an issue. Stairs to second floor dirty ( Bird Pup) hotel need some upgrade .

The internet was not free but 7 dollars per device to get it in my apartment. It had horrible food the beach of the picture is a scam. It has wave barriers that don’t let you swim and the dock is broken .The only good thing was the pool .They also had an oversized bedroom for no reason.

La única queja fuerte que tengo es con respecto a que no tienen bien puesto los nombres de las habitaciones. Yo reserve lo que tienen como VILLA DE MADERA que duermen 5 y a la hora de llegar al hotel me dijieron que tenía que pagar OTRA habitación porque no era VILLA sino que HABITACIÓN. Eso no es correcto cuando uno tiene la confianza y seguridad de hacer las reservas con ustedes
