1 一个房间四瓶水，但经常不按四瓶给，有时候两瓶。打好几次电话才慢吞吞送过来 2 reception的服务员全程没有笑脸，第一印象就不好 3 房间隔音不好，吵闹 4 下雨要求前台送伞，前台说衣柜有，但事实上我们两个房间衣柜都没伞。再打电话，前台要求自己来前台拿。我们有一个15个月的baby和一个老人。

The staff was helpful and very efficient. The booking that we made, included dinner, bed, game drive and breakfast. It was REAL value for money due to the promotion through Bookings.com.

My stay was too short!😜

Staff were really amazing, never saw a single person without a smile on their face. This is more rare than you might believe.

The atmosphere and scenery.

We booked a standard room with half board (dinner and breakfast). The standard room is not refurbished, but perfectly fine. We stayed in a refurbished room last time which was lovely, so upgrade if that's important to you. Staff are excellent! So friendly and helpful. Meals were very good. For the morning 2hr game drive you have the 6am and 9am option. 6am is quieter. Afternoon drive is 3hrs. We had excellent rhino sightings and this is also a great reserve for cheetah (which we saw). The game drive costs are very reasonable. It's hard to get a better deal for a private reserve safari than this place.
