The staff were friendly

Everything needed a good scrub clean (stairwell, verandah, tiles, carpet, surfaces) the coat hangers in cupboard had dust all over them, the ironing board metal was peeling and rusty and the cover was stained and old, the iron had old water and bugs in it, broken toilet seat

Location.

Rooms had very bad odor from being bug bombed recently. Had to request a different room still got charged the same price for the bigger room i booked. Broken windows. Very run down. Dirty looking/mouldy linen. Hair all in the bathroom, blood or spew on the walls. Won't ever stay there again.
