The first annoying thing was the air conditioning. The hotel has a centralized air conditioning, which was turned off in the afternoon by the hotel staff. This was quite annoying in the evening because for us it was quite too warm in the room, that's why when I booked, I specifically looked for accommodation with air conditioning. Opening the window was not a good option, because the room was located on the side with the main street, where the noise of cars and motorcycles was extremely disturbing. We had dinner here only one evening, unfortunately the food was far below expectations. I received a lamb that was overcooked, almost burnt, while my wife received an extremely raw beef. In the first 2 days, the breakfast was quite poor, it seemed that the staff was caught unprepared to cover the needs of the customers. For the kindness of the staff, I would have liked to be able to make a better assessment, but unfortunately their kindness does not cover the rest of the shortcomings and I have to be objective strictly on my own experience.

Close to Volterra, cozy room, not modern but cozy. Staff was very polite and helpful. Restaurant was great.

Non giro molto, non sono abituata ad andare spesso in vacanza ma questo hotel mi ha rubato il cuore. Sicuramente la meravigliosa Toscana influisce, con il suo paesaggio mozzafiato, ma la gentilezza del personale, l'accoglienza che riservano agli ospiti è unica. Ti fanno sentire a casa. Cibo meraviglioso, dai primi, alla carne fino alla pizza. Camere super pulite, gentilezza estrema e cibo sublime. Più di 5 stelle non posso darle, ma lo farei se potessi. Un valore aggiunto per la presenza di Irma, super competente, una delle persone più gentili e cordiali che io abbia mai conosciuto, sa parlare più lingue con padronanza, facendo sentire a casa tutti. La ammiro veramente molto. Sempre con il sorriso, pronta ad aiutarti! Che dire, TOP!

Atendimento foi muito bom, o hotel é muito charmoso e aconchegante. Do período que ficamos na Itália, o atendimento do Molino foi em disparada o melhor atendimento.
